room needs a full mirror in the bedroom, reception and room service numbers were not available in the room front desk did not inform me i could prolong my stay with same terms so i book again via bookings.com front desk did not assist with places to eat local food

What was the highlight of Fairview Nairobi
Favorite hotel I've every stayed at.
This was probably my favorite hotel that I ever stayed at. The staff were so kind and helpful but not overbearing. The grounds are beautiful and it's quite nice to just walk around and check out the scenery. The restaurants are delicious - probably the best three meals that I've had so far in Kenya were at the hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
I stayed twice on week apart. The first time I checked in, the room was rather dirty. I think this is a fluke though, because otherwise the room was spotless after housecleaning each day. There was also a mix up with a package drop off at the front desk but the staff were helpful in getting it sorted.
